Exceptional location, next to the lake, supermarket, ferry terminal & Rail Station. All within 1-5 minutes! A complimentary Wine bottle & 2 bottles of water greeted us on arrival. Also, a big Smart TV with Netflix, etc. Also, Varenna is a 5 mins boat ride away & Bellagio & Mennagio, only 15-20 mins by boat. Do yourself a favour, stay here and visit Bellagio & Varenna as day trips from here! And the hospitality of Francesca, our host and her Dad, Tiziano, was FABULOUS! He came in his car to pick us up from the Train Station and went out of his way to drop us at our next destination, after 2 days! Excellent Pasta & Pizza place nearby, Che Pasta. We had our best tasting pasta here, in our Italian trip.This is a house you can come back to, again and again!

My solo trip to Lake Como was made unforgettable by my stay at this gem of an apartment. Perched right on the lake's edge, the location was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views that were worth every penny. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The room was incredibly well-equipped, truly feeling like a home away from home. Beyond the usual amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and quality toiletries, it also featured a full kitchen setup. All cooking utensils were provided, along with a coffee machine and coffee pods, so you may enjoy a morning brew with a view. The check-in process was incredibly simple and and the host was absolutely fantastic. He was readily available if I needed anything, though everything was so well-organized that I didn't need to call on him. Host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque retreat on Lake Como with the option for self-catering and a truly outstanding host, this hotel is an absolute must stay!

The hosts were super nice and came to pick us up at the train station. The location is great because it’s on the main road of Bellano, and they have bicycles you can borrow and ride to town which takes like 5 minutes. The host also offered us their sunbeds for the beach which is just below the apartment. Amazing stay! Will come back for sure 😊

The Meridiana is a small family-run hotel offering direct access to Lake Como from its garden, and 2 terraces. Rooms are compact and cosy.

Really nice, very clean, comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Great location in town - right by the groceries store, very close to public transport and just a 5 minutes walk away from ferries and a beautiful beach. Very friendly hosts. Comfortable and flexible self check-in and self check-out.

Everything according to the description! It’s in a few steps from the beach and ferry. It's not visible on the map, but there's direct access to the lake. Super clean and comfortable. The hostess was kind and caring and helped with free parking right at the entrance. Later we saw them washing the paths with shampoo! It's really cool and really clean!!!

Apartment is perfect located, close to everything( beach, shop, coastline), but still calm place with enough privacy. Comfortable beds, nice inside temperature, coffee machine, all cooking amenities.
