The entire stay was perfection. From the warm staff that exceeded our expectations in terms of service - always welcoming us with a friendly smile - to the beautiful hotel design and rooms. Staff were attentive and paid attention to detail with the night room service even preparing slippers and the beds. We were here for a celebration and the extra touches were so lovely and memorable. The spa is a must it is wonderful to relax and Clara was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of options from the Al a Carte menu to the beautiful buffet with local produce. The pool was the perfect spot to relax at and the terrace was great with the live music to enjoy sunset at. Concierge was helpful in organising day trips and even boat tickets back to the mainland. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

Remote quite, great service amazing view, we had the most relaxing time and there are restaurants and bud near by to get you anywhere you need to go. Host was awesome if we needed anything he was always there.

the location was great, Capri can get very busy and we didn’t have to deal with crowds trying to get up the hill to accommodation. it was easy getting around the island during the day and after 6pm when the crowds left it was lovely and peaceful down at the marina. the apartment was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with.

I didn’t come to Capri Inn, Capri Inn came to me - by recommendation. And that is what I will do, too. The place is absolutely magnificent, with a picture perfect view across the Gulf and waking up to that view is what makes for an unforgettable experience. The rooms are minimalistic just as I like them to be, with balconies perfect for having breakfast. The rooms are exceedingly clean and staff is super friendly and helpful.

My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.
