Everything abouy the hotel was perfect. The location is perfect. 20-40 min drive from the top turist attractions in Puglia. ( Alberobello 6 min, Monopoli 20 min, Zoosafari 20 min, Polignano al mare 25 min, Ostuni 40 min) The staff is super friendly, and were never bothered by my noisy kids. The pool is perfect to rest. The restorant is top. Perfect for families!

The owner was incredibly patient and kind. We had a car breakdown and a 3 hour delay without being able to contact them, and they were still super friendly and helpful when we got there. The location is fantastic, in a pedestrian area right in the core of the city centre. Facilities very clean and bed very comfortable. Amazing stay

The friendly approach by the management (Francesco), with advice from parking to eating. The supply of coffee, crackers, and even wine to make our stay pleasant. The location and view were also enjoyable.

The rooms were very big and clean with a great kitchen and nice balcony. The communication with the staff via whatsapp before and during our stay was very good. We arrived late so sent all documents in advance and the check in was very easy. We needed more blankets and we got it from the housekeeping lady. The location is a few minutes walk from the storico centro and many coffee shops

Sara, the host, was brilliant and really made our stay fantastic. Her communication skills and support throughout were excellent. She kindly allowed us to leave our bags well before the check-in time, and also after the checkout time meant we could relax and walk around monopoly without the hinderance of our cases. They also gifted us with a large bottle of Proseco The apartment, which had a balcony and access to the roof terrace, which really added to the experience. We would definitely recommend Dirium Suites.
