I will keep great souvenir of my stay at W Goa! The facilities were perfect and I enjoyed the three swimming pools, one of which was very Zen and one very fun with a very good lounge music like in the best parties of GOA. The design of the room and its comfort were admirable. Beyond all these qualities, the strength of W Goa relies in its great team which is always attentive and seeks to provide the best service. I don't remember leaving an hotel of this standard remembering so many wonderful people. I would particularly like to thank: - Laxmi Verma who perfectly welcomed us then assisted and advised permanently live or via Whatsapp with professionalism, kindness and humor throughout the stay. Laxmi helped me even after I left to retrieve an item that I had forgotten thus demonstrating how important we are as customers. - Nilesh, life saver at the pool for his kindness in making sure we had everything and his good advice especially on Goan cuisine as well as Kanta and the pool team - Tony, who often spontaneously came to us at breakfasts, to give us excellent advices to learn and taste more about Indian cuisine or simply to help us. - Dutta on whom I could count and who often came to check that I had everything I needed as well as Aliji - Shanka for the care taken in preparing the room several times a day and his excellent towel arts helped in this by Avindo, whom I also thank. They often came to make sure I didn't miss anything. - Pankaj at lunch time for the proposed trip to the country of the flavors of Indian cuisine and its kindness as well as Anubhav - The distinguished cuisine team who surprised us every day with new, truly refined dishes with an impressive choice at the Kitchen Table - Sreeraj for coming to me and for his advices on places to visit - the staff of the internal vehicles who always offered to take us to our destination when they met us on the paths of the Hotel park

Rooms are super clean, serviced every day by great staff. Attention to details and the provision of multiple towels, and other amenities added to it. The restaurant staff and reception are delightful, kind, and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. The food is incredibly delicious, every meal we had was wow! Clearly this property has found the winning approach to hospitality. I wish I booked there for longer.

The rooms and villas were spacious and incredibly modern. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the facilities and villas. The resort is newly opened so the furniture and bedding is very comfy. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. You should try the seafood salad, as the chef is very talented. I found the location of the resort was idea- literally on the beach. I enjoyed morning and afternoon swims and evening walks. Perfect.
