Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. Hosts Akhil was very friendly and Helping, checked throughout our stay whether any help needed. The Kovalam Beach House is a little bit of the main beach stretch. In walking distance there is a small very scenic beach where not many people went. It's just down some stairs. Also there were a few restaurants around and we loved the lobster pot. Soya does a great job in his restaurant. In Kovalam Beachhouse Rahul took good care of us and the property and was always friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend the place!

I truly recommend this homestay. The hosts and staff are extremely kind and attentive. I even got a Diwali surprise from them. And we celebrated together with the family. I felt a warm welcome by them. Bijoy and Aleena speaks English really well and understands what good hospitality means. My stay was a great rest and I loved to see the ocean from my balcony. Food was delicious! And we had 2 different types of fruit juice mixes in the morning to choose from.

Clean place, breathable, many activities possible and great suggestions from the manager. We never felt like paying too much, we had such a great time that we extended our stay, because we felt very secured. The location is PERFECT, just a few minutes walk from Varkala beach, and it's quiet and cosy (love the hammock!).

1. Perfect Location with sea view and access to private beach. 2. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. 3. The restaurants are at the distance of 15 to 20 minutes but are worth it. 4. To visit the beach I would say that go in the morning as there won't be any rush or crowd at that time before 10. 5. The main thing I liked about this property was they didn't ask for any advance payment before we reach there. 6. They also arranged vehicle for us if you need any you can ask them for so.(charges applicable separately)
