The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfasts are tasty and plentiful. The location of the homestay is perfect - a side street in the center of the island - shops and a few beaches and great restaurants are close on foot. For the more remote beaches it’s all within 10-20 minutes by a 2-wheeler. All the switches are labelled so as a guest you don’t have to guess or remember which button does what. There are even privacy screens on windows so passers by do not peek into your room. It’s the most pleasant stay we’ve had in India during our 3 week trip.

It’s a beautifully designed and well kept resort. The views are nice and the room so clean. We had a mediocre (not to say bad) experience before staying here so we cancelled our booking and we went to this resort without a reservation. They took us in after booking through this website and I couldn’t have been happier. The pool was nice, the food was also quite good. All in all was an amazing experience for us.

Best beach area. Always clean and comfortable to swim. Very green territory with a big variety of trees/bushes/flowers. Each guest has a villa to stay in. Helpful staff. Diving centre and activities can be organised on the spot. Nice Restaurants. Buggy for your comfort if you are far from beach, amenities.

I had the most incredible stay at Havelock Farms Resort, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Havelock Island itself is a paradise — lush, vibrant, and surrounded by the most stunning turquoise waters I’ve ever seen. But what truly made my time unforgettable was the wonderful team at Havelock Farms. Their warmth, respect, and constant smiles made me feel so welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. One of the absolute highlights was their in-house scuba diving. We also went snorkeling, and free diving. The instructors were fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the ocean. I was lucky enough to see incredible marine life, including a hammerhead shark a graceful stingray, and so many tropical fish which was nothing short of magical. To top it off, I treated myself to multiple Ayurvedic massages from their in-house wellness team — truly blissful and deeply rejuvenating. My room was clean, calming, and beautifully set up. They even put up a hammock on my balcony and delivered yoga mats, making it the perfect space to unwind and connect with nature. The restaurant deserves a special mention too — it’s easily some of the best food on the island. Fresh, delicious, and made with love. Every meal was a delight, and the service was consistently warm and attentive. I left feeling deeply grateful for the staff who made my stay so special. If you’re looking for a place that blends adventure, relaxation, genuine hospitality, and a sense of safety, Havelock Farms Resort is an absolute gem
