This is a gorgeous property and in a wonderful position in Fort Kochi. I was in the city to visit the Biennale, many locations of which were in walking distance. The on site manager was extremely discrete, attentive and helpful. Spacious, airy and attractive, I highly recommend this property.

A very nice homestay - you really feel being invited to a home of your long term friend. Harry and his wife are very kind and gentle. The home made breakfast was amazing. Perfect location - just in city center, so you can explore all old Kochi by feet. Harry also gave great recommendations for the restaurants, helped to book theater tickets and secured local rickshaw at the fair price. We will come again!!

Joseph and Nimmy are the most wonderful hosts . They completely went out of their way for our comfort and were so helpful , friendly and just lovely people . The atmosphere is so serene , it is spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better to explore the surrounds . We hadn’t been to india for 25 years so we were a little apprehensive and Joseph put us completely at ease straight away and we loved it there . We were very sad to Leave and already would like to return ! We were privileged to be in Catherine’s room ! The only regret I had is not knowing the language so I couldn’t speak to Joseph’s mother . You must go ! You will have no regrets :) Perfect place!

The owner was very friendly and sweet with me for my first days in South India. She upgraded my room and I had a spacious apartment instead :). She answered to all my questions and gave me good advices. The localisation is great, just 5 mns walk to the sea and little bit more for the sightseeing.
