Our host Shah was amazingly helpful and kind, gave us some good tips about what to visit and local programs. We enjoyed delicious meals, quiet times and we were only 10 min walk from the beach !

The best thing about this property is the access to the private beach via a very cool staircase. The garden is great for relaxing and that’s also where you will have your dinner. Rooms are average but clean and reasonable modern. To visit anything outside the property you will need to call an auto or bring your own transport.

This is a real homestay located is a lush green residential neighbourhood. The environment is wonderfully calm and quiet. The room is very well appointed and maintained, I slept really well in this very comfortable bed. The family are very kind and helpful. Grandmother’s cooking is very good, I enjoyed breakfast lunch and dinner for 3 days. I was lucky to meet Ben, who is not normally here. As a foreigner it’s important to be able to communicate easily as I was able to with Ben, but if he wasn’t there it might be a bit difficult.

Stayed 5 nights The location so close to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The view from the upstairs rooms are great We enjoyed catching the sunset from our balcony while having dinner served. The building is very quiet and calm and you hear the waves all day and night. The large bed is super comfortable and the air-conditioning was great. Hot water was also appreciated The food served here is really good and varied. You choose from a menu for dinner and the included breakfast is set and very filling. Prince and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. Prince was organised and helpful throughout our stay. He organised a pick-up and drop off to Kannur airport. Plus he organised a very good driver/guide for 4 days/ nights that took us to the Theyyam festivals which I thoroughly recommend. Jithink was the guides name All in all a very memorable stay.

Unbeatable Location: The property is situated right in front of the beach and boasts a private beach, ensuring complete privacy. It was serene and peaceful, with no disturbances at all—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Beachfront Dining: One of the highlights was being able to enjoy our breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the beachfront. Whether it was early morning or late evening, we could dine with the sound of the waves in the background. Clean and Hygienic Rooms: The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a very comfortable and hygienic stay. Convenient Parking: Private parking was available at no extra cost, making it very convenient for guests with their own vehicles. Sajid’s hospitality and attention to detail truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside getaway.

Wonderful. Great hosts and good communication prior and during the stay. Had the use of the whole top floor inc kitchen, sitting area and washing machine. Spacious and good A/C in bedrooms. 5 min walk to beach
