It was such a great experience staying at this guest house especially because the couple running this establishment is so wonderful and human.Me and my family coming from Trishur reached here very late at night but they waited the whole day till the night to receive us.When we left I had lost my phone behind.The owner searched whole day and finally found it and send it to my cousin by Courier.Concerning the lodgement it is just 10 minuets from the beach.The rooms are quite large and clean.The breakfast was delicious.We will be back again.

It is a little tricky to find at the end of a small maze of roads and tracks - and that is why it is absolutely one of the top places to stay if you like getting away from it all. The view from the beautiful communal terrace out into the grove of coconut palms and trees, with the promise of the Arabian Sea just beyond that is wonderful. Excellent owner who trusts his lovely staff to get on well with the tasks. Whether guiding that first time route down to the beautiful Thottada beach; serving food or souring a bottle of chilled soda water and lemons.

The best thing about this property is the access to the private beach via a very cool staircase. The garden is great for relaxing and that’s also where you will have your dinner. Rooms are average but clean and reasonable modern. To visit anything outside the property you will need to call an auto or bring your own transport.

It was serene and peaceful, with no disturbances at all—a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Beachfront Dining: One of the highlights was being able to enjoy our breakfast, lunch, and dinner right on the beachfront. Whether it was early morning or late evening, we could dine with the sound of the waves in the background. We had a very comfortable stay at Urban Rose Homestay. The room was spacious and well maintained. Cleanliness was exceptional. Dining area, fridge, kettle, plates, glasses and drinking water etc. are provided free of cost. The atmosphere is very calm. The property is situated at walkable distance from the payyambalam beach. Film city, restaurants and Supermarkets are available in less than 1km distance. The owner of the property was very friendly and supportive. It was a pleasure to have our stay at this property.
