We got a homely approach at this place. We basically ran from the previous stay to this one due to the bad conditions. So this was heaven to us. Fridge, plates, cups, water boiler, even tissue in the bathroom was all set up. Was truly happy with the stay.

Antonio and his colleagues were very accommodating, always unfailingly friendly, and very welcoming. The place is a tranquil little oasis just on the edge of Benaulim village, and a charming place to unwind in a wonderfully-tended garden.

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cozy apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It was such a bonus to wake up to a beautiful field view every morning—so serene and refreshing. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach, and has fantastic restaurants/ shacks! Thanks to Denver who was very friendly and helpful and a click/ buzz away, right before the checkin to checkout. Overall, a great value for money with great location—we’d definitely come back!

This is a lovely property located 5 mins away from the beach, the rooms are sparkling clean and the D'souza family go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable, they were kind enough to welcome us for home made lunch and offered homemade Christmas sweets. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you may need for a family stay. Very close to market and beach. Nicole and Mark are very helpful and understanding host. They take every effort to help their guests in the best way. We definitely look forward to book the same property again for future trips.

We a family of 4 from kerala stayed there for 3 nights(25 - 28). Mr.Garin (The Boss)🙌 , such a wonderful man. From welcoming to all the needs from our side were done with care. Then comes Ms.Rupa😊(Bullion bar &bristro). The hospitality and caring towards the customers is exceptional. Thankyou to Mr.Rupesh👍 for providing all the contact's for the taxi service as well as the rental service. In short everything will be taken care of for the customers staying there. The food&beverages were out of the world. I mean how delicious a food can get. One must have food from there bullion f&b. Had a wonderful stay & will also plan to stay there on the next trip as well. What a delightful place. The pool, gardens and staff really make this place special. The rooms are clean and minimalist (which I appreciate). I felt very comfortable and safe and content during our stay. I'd like to keep it a secret so it's got availability next time we go.
