We had a nice but short stay in this lovely property located in Salthill! Kevin, the host, was very kind to accommodate our late check-in as we were arriving from Dublin in the evening. We were even able to park our hire car right in front of the property as there still was a spot. The property itself is located very close to the main promenade, as well as many bars, trendy cafes and restaurants (including the famous O'Connor's pub). The center of Galways is only a 30min walk away (a little longer if you walk along the coast) or you can take the direct bus that leaves right by the hotel and drops you off near the Spanish Arch. The room itself is spacious, clean and has everything you would need. We had two great night's sleep there and would definitely stay again when coming back to Galway.

Lovely outlook over the lake through big windows. The living area on the top floor is separated from very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. This allows for separation and privacy.

Our stay in Rockfield was amazing! The house has been beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Every detail was thought of. Having the travel cot and high chair made such a difference with our 18 month old. The views from every window are beautiful of the countryside. The house is only a 5 minute drive from Kinvara. The house is located in a lovely area. We loved going for walks and swims at the beach. The rooms are all a nice size and there are lots of bathrooms. This made such a difference with eight of us. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again next year.

Anna is a great host and a really lovely person ❤️ she made our stay even more enjoyable! Also, she is a fantastic cook and the breakfast is excellent. The views from the living room where we had breakfast are great. The house is very clean and it feels like being at home.
