Beautiful place, very quiet, basic and simple, all you need to for break from the city. Great place for families, we went with a 2-year old and he loved it, the pools, the beach, the whole facility is very kids friendly. Staff was very helpful and so nice. Food was great. I strongly recommend the place!

The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

Very beautiful place. Its peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy my stay here for relaxation. Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

Fantastic quiet (aside from the fishing boats) eco resort, nothing like the club med versions on the island. We loved it, being in a beautiful little open bungalow steps from the beach, spending our time on the quiet beach. Spa was beautiful and the massage was great and very professional. All contact with the owner was great and very helpful. Food was good and clean. Coconuts were fabulous!
