My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sumitra. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway. Our room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the in-room dining was superb. Highly recommend for couples looking for a relaxing retreat!

The service was exceptional. From check in to check out, it was simply next level! The staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel is just magnificient as well. Wowed us from entrance onwards. And great selection for the buffet breakfast too! Will definitely be back. No wonder it's one of the oldest hotel in Indonesia.

This is a very comfortable, spacious house set in beautiful gardens, with a fabulous pool. It was the perfect place to stay for our family Christmas. Budi and his delightful team looked after us very well, organising the food and cooking an amazing Christmas dinner. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Budi organised a great taxi driver from the airport who we continued to use the rest of our holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything! it was an excellent stay. Great comfort, wonderful villa with private pool and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast gets delivered to your villa and the complimentary afternoon was always a treat. I have never experienced staff so friendly and service oriented. It was like we were in some heaven for a week. Highly recommended!
