We were received by Indra at the airport and he drove us back to the resort, he was very helpful and explained a lot to us on the way. At the resort we were received by Puteri and she was wonderful and an amazing host. The villas were amazing and the stay was wonderful. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful and they were amazingly hospitable.

Great location. Open, spacious. Large and lovely pool. Great gym. Close to a small local market and Mall. The Staff was outstanding. Very friendly and prompt and helpful. Thanks to Adi, we got a room with a fantastic view. I must compliment Gus Adi for the efforts he made to get us a room of our choice. He is rightly designated as a Guest Ambassador. His guest handling skills are superb.

It was a very enjoyable experience. The villa was exquisite, artistic and functional. The entire hotel was designed as a traditional Balinese village, with beautiful, lush, well cared for tropical garden. The service was excellent, personal and friendly. Would love to return!

The location was a short walk to the beach. We loved sitting by the pool. The love and care they put into the garden was noted. We loved staying here, the family were super friendly and caring. Highly recommend this hidden gem:)

Everything is perfect A huge villa with swimming pool. The provide free afternoon tea and breakfast everyday. In addition, there is a free shuttle to all parts of Sanur. Their staffs are super helpful and friendly , they can speaks english. I met the best therapist in the spa.
