Staff, location, just enough activities. The eco attitude of the resort. We were one with nature. Not for spoiled turists who expect refrigirator in the room, but definitely for nature lovers.

Alam Karang was our favourite place out of our one month in Bali and Lombok. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and it was cool at night. We loved the open air bathroom and the shower with an ocean view ( if you open the curtain on the bathroom door)! The food was fantastic! Ju and the rest of the staff were amazing! Snorkeling off the beach (follow the boat line out to the reef) was excellent, especially if you continue to swim left to the point where the reef is pristine! (At high tide)

Absolutely loved our stay at Palmyra and wish we could have stayed longer! The perfect little oasis for us to relax after Mount Rinjani trek - we felt spoilt by the serene location, waking up to roll into the sea, amazing food ( definitely try the Pepes and fresh barbecued fish with the most amazing spice marinade), massages (much needed for our sore legs), super lovely staff and a great day trip snorkelling. Loved the bungalows and sustainable cold water salt shower. Thank you, we felt so looked after! We’ll be back!
