The room we stayed in was quite basic, but the general atmosphere of the hotel is great! Very relaxing with beautiful views of the jungle. The staff were incredibly friendly and the cat was so cute! The food at the hotel was delicious and I really liked the 'family style' dinner where everyone eats at the same time and the menu changes every day.

Nice tropical vibe hotel! The staffs (Freddy and Otto) was really nice and helpful. We saw the comment about the music is too loud in the night, actually we were not disturbed by the music in the night at all. They got a bar there, their Piña Colada is delicious!! Went on their tour to Semuc Champey. We had lots of fun. Shuttle bus service, price was reasonable and good.
