Nice tropical vibe hotel! The staffs (Freddy and Otto) was really nice and helpful. We saw the comment about the music is too loud in the night, actually we were not disturbed by the music in the night at all. They got a bar there, their Piña Colada is delicious!! Went on their tour to Semuc Champey. We had lots of fun. Shuttle bus service, price was reasonable and good.

The manager and staff were incredible. Service was really great. Everyone was super helpful and social.
