We loved to stay at "Posada Don Julio". The couple who owned it was so nice and friendly. Our room was clean, big and we loved to chill at our balkony right at the waterside. It feels like living in a boathouse. We heard our neighbours from above walking, which didn't disturbed us at all. The view is amazing and you can even see the sunrise in the morning as well. It was always easy to go by boat to Flores. Even when we had to be there early for our trip to Tikal "Julio" the Host ordered a boat for us. There is a well equiped outdoor kitchen, fridge and some nice chairs to chillout in the backyard. Everything is very clean. We would always come back to this cozy, sweet place.

A fantastic experience, on the north shore of Peten Itza. It was nice to be close to Flores, without being on the island itself. The room was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the facilities were great overall!

Lovely, clean place with good WiFi and free water, spacious room and comfortable beds. It's not "in" Flores, you need to take a 5 minute boat ride - which we were 100% ok with but just be advised of this in case you thought you were booking a place actually in Flores.

Such a beautiful little cabin on the lakeside! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and Mario and Leo were really helpful, helping us organise trips out to Tikal as well as other ruins.

They were able to book a sunrise tour to Tikal cheaper than online , super friendly team Beds were great , pillows ordinary but havnt found good pillow in Central America Lots of good eating places near by

Hotel Isla de Flores is in a perfect location to explore the island. It was very quiet, spacious and spotless clean. We even got an early check in which was much appreciated after a sweaty minibus ride! We ate in the bakery attached which was delicious also.
