Great location, house had everything needed for a short stay. Lots of games and toys for the kids, plenty of space outside with a nice amount of tables and chairs. The outside shower was lovely! The beach directly outside the house was wonderful, safe without shoes, with a good place to jump from a rocky outcrop, a short swim from the beach. Loved there was a set of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. The nearby beach of Vrachos is extremely well equipped for all types of people. There are life guards, facilities for disabled persons to get changed, toilets and special chairs to access the sea. Lots of other activities like, Splish Splash Waterpark, jetski, parasailing, etc.

Located in Vráchos, Anassa Villas features a private pool. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay.

The house is perfectly situated in a serene neighbourhood, offering peace and tranquility while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The house itself is beautifully maintained and decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. Every room was well-appointed with comfortable furniture and tasteful decor.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool. It was pristine, inviting, and provided hours of enjoyment for both adults and children. We loved lounging by the pool during the day and taking refreshing dips to beat the heat. The outdoor seating and dining area next to the pool were perfect for enjoying meals and socializing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided us with all the necessary information before our arrival and were available to address any questions or concerns during our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The owners are so lovely and helpfull. Location is wonderfull, if you want peace and quiet surrounded with beautiful lemon and olive trees. Drink your morning coffee or tea looking at the most beautiful blue waters. Terrace is big, furniture is new. We would love to visit again!

I have been in many places around the world but never a place as good as this. The hotel manager Froso, greeted at arrival and showed me around. During the entire stay she took care of every wish with a smile on her face. She also sent me messages to hear if I was okey and enjoyed my stay during the week. The level of service is incredible. The room was extremely clean and the design very modern. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice with very good food and great service. WiFi extremely good even at the beach. Perfect location for those who want to relax and enjoy a vacation. I will return to this place many times. A true gem!

Excelent, comfortable accommodation (apartment equipped with anything you might need for) and location for those looking for serene and cozy atmosphere, very well positioned as a base to explore the beaches between Parga and Preveza! We are visiting Greece for 15 years now and this is one of the best accommodation we discovered! Very green and well kept garden! We were very lucky to find availability at Villa Alex and we will surely come back on our next holiday! And above all these, the owners of this heaven are giving their best of the genuine Greek hospitality! We came as quests and we left as close friends!

The house is awesome, it is fully equipped with everything you may need and even more. It is surrounded by olive trees and very secluded, which makes it perfect for families with noisy kids like ours. We had a great time!

First of all the owner of the apartments is very friendly and helpful! The apartment was excellent we had everything we needed as a couple who wanted to tour from lefkada up to parga and paxous. great location for a great price! Also the garden the the apartments look at is beautiful!
