What a beautiful appartement close to the centre of Limenas. Well decorated. We had 3 bedrooms with airconditioning, a bathroom with various products, full equipped kitchen, living room and a lovely balcony. The appartement is very close to the beach, cozy restaurants and beach bars. Everything in Limenas is at walking distance. Parking was no problem. The host Litsa is a star, kind, attentive and helpful. She does everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Absolutely worth every euro. Thasos is also a beautiful island with beautiful beaches, nature and small cozy towns. It is a pity we had to leave.

Cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches The place looks exactly like the photos – maybe even better in person! It’s beautifully decorated, and you can tell Helena, the host, has put a lot of heart into creating a welcoming space. She had left a variety of snacks and food for us, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. Honestly, this is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed – everything was spotless, fresh, and felt truly cared for. Helena is hands down one of the most generous and thoughtful hosts I’ve encountered. The bed was super comfy, and the whole space felt peaceful. Just a small tip: if you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend sleeping on the first floor – the upstairs bedroom is open-plan, so sounds from downstairs can travel up. Overall, a wonderful stay with a personal touch. I’d happily come back. Thank you, Helena, for such lovely .

Really friendly host, she helped us with everything we needed and even let us check in an hour earlier. The apartment is cozy and my favorite part was the balcony view. The balcony was really big and it had a sea view. The sunsets were really beautiful.

- The host is a warm, interested person, always at our disposal (she lives in the same building and quickly arrives in unexpected situations). We received useful tips and recommendations from her. - The view is exceptional. When you leave the apartment, you find a garden furnished with a table, chairs, 2 deckchairs placed on the artificial grass, 2 beach mattresses. The courtyard is shared (with other apartments), but the courtyard assigned to the apartment is separated from the others by a small fence. - You can enter the water if you have swimming shoes with thick soles. In order to enter the water, you will encounter many sea urchins and stones. The water is very clean, without algae, so if you cross the area with stones and sea urchins, you will find incredible water for swimming. If you enter the water through the ”corridor” in front of the chapel, you will also find a small area with sand in the water. - Parking is possible in front of the building. Do not park in front of the nearby restaurant (in the shade of the tree), because the restaurant employees will be annoyed. - The location is 2 minutes away from the first restaurant and close to other private beaches. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the ferry from Keramoti.

Location of Tarsanas was perfect for us. A beautiful beach yet so close to town. Rooms are just 20 mt to beach and very clean , restaurant and beach bar by the sea. You can find all delicious Greek foods in the restaurant. Cocktails and drinks at the bar. Good music all day. Waiters and all personnell are very helpful and friendly. All rooms have a small kitchen closet, very useful.

We had a very pleasant stay. The owner was helpful and friendly. The studio was very clean, spacious, and had a large terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. The beach is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants close by. I will definitely come back.

This was our second stay at By the Sea Luxury Suites. The hotel's decoration is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and airy. The staff are very friendly and attentive; some have even learned a bit of Turkish. My favorite features of the hotel are its beachfront location, private beach, and the incredible breakfast they offer. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to the town center. This is the place I want to stay every time I visit Thasos, it's so peaceful.
