Emilia and Dimitri were the friendliest and most generous hosts I have ever stayed with. We sat in front of the fire together and spent time talking and laughing. Dimitri collected me from the airport which was well organised beforehand via phone call so communication with lepa Kuca is excellent. Emilia made me food when I arrived which was a gorgeous surprise as was the breakfast and greek coffee in the morning which was generously offered. I had a gorgeous experience here and really enjoyed the electric blanket too.

Milto is the best at helping us with everything, accommodation, accommodating things for us to make our stay more comfortable, quick response at any time, we called him at 2:30 am to help with the laundry and he answered immediately. Milto you are the best. He helped us to get secure transportation, Maria was amazing and he helped us with luggage storage for 9 days. The place is huge and has everything we need. Bakery downstairs, supermarket 5 mins walk, near restaurants and airport. Excellent place

It is very clean, new, with comfortable bed , in the peaceful neighborhood, without the noise, just the sound of the sea. Very relaxing and nice.

Comfortable, bright two bedroom flat with extra bed in lounge area and roomy kitchen which sadly we didn’t use but it’s clearly been a home and it was spotless. Double bed really comfy and single beds both fine. We didn’t meet the hosts but they sent us all the info we needed and were really gracious about early check in and very late check out. The area is suburban with a 10 mi Ute walk to shops and eating place. The local roads are in bad repair and ther’s no street lighting making it unsuitable for anyone unsteady on their feet ( and we had an 85 year old with us). This is no reflection on the property as it seems pretty common in the Athenian suburbs. The flat is close to a beautiful local church and on Sunday the church bells ring out at 7am, 8am and 8.20am which was a bit of a surprise, but again seems normal for Athens. We only stayed one night before going to the airport and for us it was great. Happy to recommend

Perfect choice for an airport stay. 5 minutes by taxi and easy to find. Property was spotlessly clean and very well furnished with a lot more space than a standard hotel room, even with a large balcony to sit and relax. Will definitely use again next time we come into Athens airport.

We stayed at the Sea View beach house for one night in early July before a morning flight. It was a gem of a place tucked away in a residential neighbourhood. It has been carefully restored with period features like the 1950s (ish) style kitchen. Giorgios and his son organised our transport and had lots of suggestions for things to do locally. My friends and I enjoyed our G&Ts on the patio while locals walked, swam and fished nearby. The sunrise on the morning of our departure was spectacular and a fabulous, relaxing way to wrap up our stay in Greece.

A beautifully maintained home in an excellent location-very close to the airport, just steps from the sea and surrounded by great restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Our hostess Maria was always smiling, incredibly kind, and extremely helpful. She gave us great recommendations and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
