"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Avra Studios, and a lot of the credit goes to our wonderful hosts, Maria and Vangelis! The location is a dream come true: right on the beach, enjoying the generous natural shade provided by the trees, which made every moment spent there a true relaxation and joy. Everything was superlative - from the impeccable cleanliness and excellent facilities to the incredibly welcoming atmosphere. Maria and Vangelis are of rare kindness, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality exceeded all expectations and contributed greatly to the memorability of our vacation. I was pleasantly surprised that this place looked even better than the photos! It was clean and located just near the beach and center but still in a peaceful area. Even though we only stayed for one night, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Perfect for a family of four. It offered a large, two-floor villa, with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The villa is brand new and cozy. Best thing: it is a 1-minute walk to the beach: Papias Beach, maintained by the Africa beach bar. The staff was punctual, informative, and helpful, although we did not need any of their assistance during the stay because the property had no issues to be fixed. We were pleased that the hosts prepared some goodies for us in the fridge (milk, honey, eggs, bread, coffee for the coffee machine, water, and many others) and in the kitchen, so that we were all set to make our own breakfast in the morning. There is good food at the Africa beach bar (which also caters from Mouses Restaurant), and in a 3-minute drive you have access to a Lidl and a Masoutis supermarkets, which are sufficient in terms of groceries (including very nice watermelons, peaches and other local fruit) and shopping in general. We parked right in front of the property and had no safety issues.

Really friendly host, she helped us with everything we needed and even let us check in an hour earlier. The apartment is cozy and my favorite part was the balcony view. The balcony was really big and it had a sea view. The sunsets were really beautiful.
