We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The location is ideal, with great restaurants just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A very nice apartment, spacious and fully equipped. Dora left us a basket full of food to taste on the table, as well as water in the fridge. In the bathroom there were toiletries in case we needed them. There was also an iron and a hairdryer… simply everything you might need if you happened to forget something at home. She thought of everything. During our stay she even brought us fresh towels; she was very kind and considerate. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better accommodation.

What an amazing apartment, location was fantastic, on edge of sea and the outdoor patio was comfy and spacious so able to sit and watch the world go by. Only a very short distance to bars, restaurants and shops but was just away from any noise. The apartment was well equipped and even on the day it poured with rain we felt very comfortable and able to cook a lovely evening meal as kitchen was well equipped. We had use of the pool and bar at the Bikini bar a few doors down. Communication was excellent and host amazing and friendly and went the extra mile, she even printed some coach tickets out for us. Would recommend a stay here it's lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea.

It was perfect, comfortable and clean, had everything we needed in the villa and more. Amazing sea view from the villa, the pool, and access to the sea. Feels like out in nature with privacy, yet walking distance from a beautiful beach, nice mountain easy hiking with amazing view. We loves Vasiliki Port and sivota with Yana's yamy restaurant. We were very sad to leave, we will defenetly come back. Thank you Amir and Mila for a great service and contacts with the locals for activities

We got a room upgrade so everything was great from the very start :)Breakfast has a variety of foods from sweet to savoury, and staff is always mindful of cleanliness and freshness of food. You can eat by the pool. The hotel has some parking spots next to it and there’s a larger unpaved parking towards the beach. Overall we were happy with our stay, the hotel is very clean and the beach is nearby.

Right on the famous Vasiliki Beach, Akroyiali Studios features air-conditioned studios with a furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea. Restaurants and seafront cafés are within 100 metres.

Very nice complex with private parking on first line at the beach in Vasiliki. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. As it was the begining of the season we got a room upgrade for free from the staff. Amazing stay and good value for the money

Very unique cast away bay we were swimming even in the dark. Cozy Hotel in a condo style with a beautiful garden right in front of the beach. Amazing view, great restaurants for any budget.
