This was a fantastic choice for Poros. First, you have an excellent host, Nektarios, who is quite literally your man. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re having a pleasant stay (thank you SO much Nektarios). Second, the apartment is right on Askeli beach so you can quite literally wake up and jump in the water. A boat stops right near the apartment as well which you can take to monastiri beach or the Chora. Apartment view is charming and the decor is quaint. Overall, a must-stay!

This place is simply amazing .....the location is spectacular...the villa? Just WOW ....3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms kitchen dining area and lounge are wonderful .. but the veranda is truly spectacular ....its huge with a big table, umbrella and bbq ...we've had amazing meals looking out across the sea cooked on the bbq with food brought from the fish market and butchers ....equally the Tavernas are lovely ..and let's not forget Karalos who runs the Passage across the road .....do some ski-ing or have fun on the banana or , like us, lounge on the sunbeds and watch everyone else do it!, Its a peaceful location and nowhere is far .... we cannot race about this villa enough ....go and see for yourself !

The people running this place and working here are really friendly and helpful. The value for money is great and location is very handy - a short walk from the centre, and right by the beach. The views from the balcony are lovely. The restaurant has very tasty food and you can also get take away ice cream. There are several shops nearby.

The location is perfect if you want to explore nearby islands like Methana, Poros, Hydra, and beautiful beaches such as Metamorfosi, Monastiri, Kanali, and Aliki. Every day, from the moment we arrived until we said goodbye, Yiannis, the manager, was there with helpful tips and local insights that made our trip smooth and unforgettable. You can really feel the passion and care he puts into managing this place. We can’t wait to come back for another holiday at Carpe Diem Galatas. If you're planning a trip to Galatas, staying at Carpe Diem and meeting Mr. Yiannis is worth every penny, folks!
