Manolis is an exceptionally kind host, the location is very central in Parikia and in easy walking distance of the port. At the 2024 pricing the huge and skillfully furnished apartment is just insanely good value. While you have a beach right in front of the door, be sure to also explore the more beautiful and secluded beaches across the island ( bathing boat across the bay, or rent a car next door, there are also buses which we didn't try)

What an amazing place to stay in Paros. Ricardo is an excellent host and the place has all the amenities you need. 10 steps from the front gate and you are in the sea. The terrace is the best part of the apartment. Would easily give Ricardo 12 out of 10.

The receptionist Doma was very lovely and friendly, which made the check-in experience great! The room was perfect with an incredible beach view. You probably have the best sunset view on the island from this hotel. Great location right on the beach, and the main strip is less than a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Fantastic quiet location yet right on the beachfront....our hostess was so welcoming and helpful with our many questions. The breakfast was superb. This will probably be a repeat location for us.
