Nice, quiet location. The apartment is great with nice balcony and view to Nikiti bay. There was a bottle of white wine and water for welcome. In the garden, there is a pavilion with built grill, pizza oven, fridge and seating furniture. Kastri beach is some minutes down. Nikiti restaurants are 2,4 km away.

A great luxury and comfortable with contemporary design in Nikiti. The location was great as Nikiti is on the "entrance" of Sithonia so closer to the airport comparatively to other locations distantly. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spacious with nice shower. The apartment had all the necessities to spend a pleasant day and night. They also allowed us early check in with the lovely lady at the reception showing sensitivity to our needs. Thanks for the wonderful stay. I strongly recommend it !! 🤩

Everything was perfect, the location (we were wit a motorcycle) is excellent becouse it is second row to the sea, so if there would be strong winds it is a safe parking place for the motorbike. Even tho it is second row you have maybe 30m to the sea, the view from the upper floor terrace is beautiful, everything is in walkable distances and really close. Bakery, fruit shop and market is up the street maybe 2 minutes walk, good restaurant is 20m away, if you would like any other restaurants there are really good options all in 3-4 minutes walk up amd dowm the coastline. Recommend to everybody. And it is in the quiet area at night so you do not have any bar or night club and can sleep peacefully. The cleanliness was also really up to standard. We were the first time and whenever we will return to Nikiti, we wont even look for anything else.

Everything. Patrice and Brigitte thought any small detail that would make their quests' experience great. On top of that they were both really great as hosts, especially Patrice showed me the whole facility and I can say once finished it will be one of the best facilities in Nikiti.

A fully renovated flat with a perfect location - close to the beach, restaurants and the beachfront promenade. The cleanliness and the high quality bedlinen and towels are features worth mentioning. The balcony is just great for relaxation. There are two steep staircases leading to the flat itself and the loft with the second bedroom. They were okay with us but people with mobility issues will find them challenging and should have this in mind.

The location is near the beach and also bar and restaurants. You just get out of the building and you are right on the seafront. Room was very clean, well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine with some capuccino pods and 2 bottle of water in the fridge. Staff were very responsive and friendly. Room was cleaned, bedsheets and towels were changed at 2 days distance. Our room wasn’t on the seaside part which was very good as it was quite during the night like if you weren’t in the middle of the Nikiti excitement.
