It had its own little kitchen so we could prepare breakfast and other meals. That was one of the main reasons why we rented it. The balcony was fully furnished so one could sit to eat or just enjoy Morning or Evening.The air conditionoing was excellent for when the Sun hit during the day.

Great location close to the sea and some shops. We were running the Marathon, so it's also a driving distance away, which was very convenient. Lots of space, so it might be even better in summer to have some bbq in the garden. Could get a bit chilli at night, but we had some extra blankets and heaters. Lots of parking space. Very helpful host. Close to the motorway.

We arranged for our host to meet us at the airport and drive us to the apartment, and he then helped us to carry our bags up the stairs. The apartment has a great view across the port and Evia, and the beach at Rafina. The rooms are furnished traditionally and are comfortable and some breakfast items were left in the kitchen for us. We will stay here again next time we are in Rafina.

Everything was lovely. View was great. A little out of the way for walking. I would recommend a car. There was a lot of extras in the fridge and food stuff including great coffee. The driver Alexander was very helpful and knowledgable. Although the beds were firm the pillows and blankets were wonderful! Couldn't ask for anything more. You felt like you were in a small safe comfortable neighbourhood

Great stay from start to finish. Picking up keys a pleasure working with George. His brother got up out of bed very early so we could hand them back. Tremendous service. Walk to port a relaxed 20 minutes. Own transport or taxi best unless you've only got hand-baggage.

Loved the pool.The view from the hotel was sublime. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lovely Dorita. Beds extremely comfy.

The breakfast was wonderful with tasty food. The location was easy to get to and our room had wonderful view on the sea. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations about nearby beaches.

Although it’s a bit far from the airport, the location is perfect if you have an early ferry from the port the next morning. The shuttle bus runs exactly on time, so make sure to be there about 10 minutes early. The room was small but very clean, and since I was tired from a long flight the previous day, I didn’t mind the noise at all. All the staff were friendly, and the restaurant on the first floor offers a discount — the food was really delicious! Breakfast had all the basics, so I’d definitely recommend it.

Absolutely phenomenal stay! Alex is a wonderful host who patiently answers every guest’s question. Thanks to his help, I had airport transfer arranged on the day of a strike. Everything in the apartment was 10/10, and the location—close to the beach and within walking distance to the center of Rafina—allowed us to explore the area a bit, even during our short stay. Very fast WiFi, excellent apartment amenities (there were even adapters for different plug types, a great hairdryer, full TV package, coffee), and an incredibly comfortable bed made us wish we could stay longer. I’ll definitely choose Alex’s place again whenever I have another layover in ATH. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
