We had to stay one more night, because we missed our flight. So we spontaniously booked this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. 5 minutes from the airport by car, but in a calm area. The staff was extra nice and our room was super comfortable and beautiful as well! We got way more than we expected and enjoyed our short stay very much. We were welcome to spend our afternoon at the swimming pool which they gave us extra towels for and also ate lunch, which was delicious. The hotel isn't directly located next to the popular places of Santorini but by car you get to the beautiful beaches in 15 min max. We were very happy with our (short) stay at this beautiful place.

location is absolutely great, you are 15 meters from see shore, and youre windows and balcony got an an amazing look to the see and a beautiful sunrise, you are 10 minutes car ride to the center of thira, and maximum 20 from all the rest interesting parts of the island. the place is designed beatifull, got living room and 2 more rooms, 2 balcony's to the see, very clean and cozy,got all facilities you need, like washing machine, dishwasher, all dishes, and everything for cooking... the hostess is amazing, you can always call her for anything (forgot car keys when was leaving, in the house, and she brought them to the airport, special thanks for that), she know everything around, and could always give you an advice... will absolutely be coming back again.

Location was incredible. One of the best we have stayed at. The villa sits right on a secluded beach that is perfect for young kids to play in all day. Additionally there is another beach nearby that has deeper water if needed for surfing and such. The nearby restaurants are delicious. This really feels like a miracle find where you get a non touristy beach side of Santorini where most people just get the Caldera views with none of the relaxation from the east side beaches. Also, Dimitrios was super responsive and helpful with arranging an airport shuttle and laundry service.

Our stay was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious, neighboring two other similar properties. It consists of two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and a kitchen–living room area in the middle. In my opinion, it can comfortably accommodate more than four people. Outside, there is a beautiful terrace with a pool. The pool is more for leisure and relaxation than full swimming, but it serves its purpose perfectly. Around it, you’ll find sunbeds and an outdoor sofa. The terrace is accessible from every room, which is very convenient, and it offers wonderful views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the other rooms. The house is located directly on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim and return to relax by the pool. The beach is rocky, as is the sea access, but it’s very clean and wonderfully quiet—almost as if you are on a deserted island. The sea can sometimes be wavy and a bit difficult to swim in. Beach sunbeds are also available at the accommodation to take with you. If you prefer a sandy beach, there is one at Monolithos, though in our opinion it’s not as nice as the local one. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, but better restaurants are a bit farther away. A rental car is highly recommended, as the main Santorini attractions are not within walking distance. That said, we did notice that the bus service runs frequently, with bus stops located all around the island. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank our host, Beathrice, for waiting until 1 AM to check us in (our flight was delayed by three hours) and for kindly offering us a ride from the airport in case our rental car booking fell through.

Very very close to the beach. No big wave, very clear water, and it's quite shallow, good for children. You can enjoy the sun rise in the apartment, from window or balcony. Young children can enjoy watching the plane landing and take off. You can see a blue dome church from the beach. We discovered a cave house near by and groups of little fish by the rocks. Close to Karmari by car. Lots of restaurant in Karmari. Nice place for a family.Very very close to the bus stop, but not many bus. If you are planning to hire a car, choose Anna's villa. Anna help us to hire a car, no deposit, full insurance with low excess fee. You can choose the basic insurance that's cheaper. But I chose the full one as it's my first time driving there. Car hire company collect us from the airport and pass the car. Our return flight in the early morning, just 4 min by car to the airport, park the car at the airport car park and leave the car key under the driver carpet. So smooth. Thank you very much again Anna!

The villa itself is great, looks new and clean and the view is amazing, right at the sea. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but no one was complaining about the noise either, as we were on a girls trip. The swimming pool and beach beds were great and we even used the bbq. I also really liked the treatment that we received from the staff. We had food in our fridge just in case we had nothing to eat on the first day. The cleaning was always on time and the host was always online and happy to help with any questions. He also booked taxis and gave recommendations if needed. Thank you for that

The Villa was very well.proportioned with three huge bedrooms with comfortable super king sized beds, tvs and all with their own adjoining bathrooms. It was spotlessly clean inside and out with daily pool clleaning and housekeeping. The outside area was cleaned early in the morning but quietly, and inside at around 11am The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to self cater. The location is very close to the airport and although it is a little removed from the busier areas of Fira and Oia, Monolithos has a quiet beach and lovely restaurants. We had a car and it was only 7 minutes into Fira and 20 to Oia. It was the perfect spot to explore the island and come back to a nice quiet area with our own pool. Spyros was there to great us and give us any information we needed and was at the end of the phone if we had an questions. Don't be put off by any negative reviews, they are completely unfounded (yes the planes fly overhead but it really causes minimal disruption). Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

The sea!The villa has a unique location quiet and peaceful and practically on the beach. We were treated daily to the gentle sounds of the waves of the Aegean. Our hostess was attentive and kind. Her mums homemade spinach pie and marble cake were a treat. The best well stocked ivilla I have encountered.Every need was catered for.

Amazing peaceful location right on the Beach front, Room was spacious, modern and perfect for our short stay. Staff were super helpful from the moment we checked it till we were leaving, also friendly and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was exceptional from a wide range of local Greek cuisine to choose from.
