Every single thing. The location was at the better end of the beach, water was clean with small waves. The hotel and the room were absolutely incredible, so clean and modern while being very comfortable. We had a room that opened straight out onto the garden, a few steps from the pool and restaurant. This was our fifth hotel room in Crete and was by far the best, so sad that we only had one night there. What really made the stay memorable was definitely the staff, from Elizabeth at reception, to Lula, George and all the bar staff. These guys work so hard and go out of their way to make everyone happy, they deserve recognition from their employer because they are a great asset to the business and demonstrate the very best in customer service.

This resort is amazing, with its beautiful cretan architecture, the palm trees, the bougainvilleas, the alleys. Very accomodating main restaurant, clean, friendly staff, incredible food. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable beds.

The hotel complex is an absolute oasis, located only 2min walk to a lovely sandy beach. The pool facilities, gardens and quality of the rooms here were all exceptional and the staff were really friendly.

Super modern rooms, the pool is big and deep. The pool bar and restaurant was super good Fully enjoyed 5 nights over there ,Maria and Gregory from the personal were supper friendly always helped with every thing even perfect places to visit over the island. You can order and enjoy massage next to the pool wich made the experience even over 10/10 Rooms were super clear every day also the garden around the hotel is always clear . Recommend!!!
