You can feel the good energy from the very first moment you are steping in the entrance. Loving and unforgetable moments in this place for me. Every detail is fabulous: the sound of the waves from your window, the view, the little garden, the cleaneness, the beautiful attitude of the owners & workers, the little presents on the table...all making a unique experience. Very beautiful. Every corner of it feels like a bit of heaven on earth. High recommendable. Really worth it for the price and service. They even organized a shuttle car at night for my trip back to the airport.

We traveled as a family of 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment met all our expectations; the area is pleasant, and it's very close to the sea (a rocky shore with some shade). A short walk leads to the delightful, sandy Davis Beach. A pleasant coastal walk takes you to the center of Artemis, and in the vicinity of the apartment, you can find both small shops and cafes. We definitely recommend this place! Not only does the apartment have excellent amenities, but the hosts are also exceptionally warm and friendly. They are very communicative and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Beach House. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle of busy tourist areas. It offered a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and recharge. George was a fantastic host—very accommodating and helpful. He met us personally for the key handover and went above and beyond by sharing great local dining recommendations. He even arranged our airport transfer through a local taxi company, which made our departure stress-free. The home’s location directly opposite the water was a real highlight. We enjoyed a refreshing swim before heading back to Australia, which was the perfect end to our trip. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosting and beautiful surroundings.

Really beautiful flat, all comforts thought through and more! The external space is amazing, all kitted out to live outdoors with an external kitchen and outdoor shower Across the road is a soft play / playground with bouncy castles and trampolines, my kids just loved it The beach at the end of the road was really convenient

Our hostess was super friendly and accommodating! She recommended a great restaurant and even gave us a lift to the restaurant. For a small fee she even offered to take us to the airport. There were drinks, snacks, great coffee and even toiletries provided. The space was super comfortable, modern and functional! Location is perfect! We will recommend this place and definitely come back for a few extra days!!

We discovered this wonderful apartment unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay near Athens airport. What a lucky find! Location: Perfectly situated just a 15-minute drive from the airport and only 100 meters from Marina Bay. The area offers a peaceful seaside atmosphere with easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Apartment: Located on the second floor, the apartment features modern and functional decor. Noise isolation is excellent, and the windows, curtains, and electric shutters offer flexible setup options. The bedroom is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a large closet that’s ideal for both hanging and folded clothes. There's also a small balcony off the bedroom—perfect for drying laundry. Living Area: The living room is roomy and includes a sofa that converts into a single bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and other free apps, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The dining area seats four comfortably, and the WiFi signal is strong. A second balcony off the living room provides cozy seating and a lovely view of the marina. Bathroom: Stylish and well-appointed, with a luxurious shower area and a washing machine for added convenience. Neighborhood: The area offers a variety of beaches within walking distance. To the left of the marina, the water is shallow—great for relaxing. To the right, the deeper water is ideal for swimming. You’ll find several minimarkets nearby, a fantastic fish restaurant called Delfinia, and a charming bakery just 100 meters away near the white church. Host: Ria, the owner, is one of the kindest people we've encountered. Even remotely, she made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Her clear instructions for accessing the building and apartment via code were incredibly helpful. Overall: This apartment exceeded our expectations and turned an unexpected travel hiccup into a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

They introduced me to some fantastic nearby restaurants, and the food was exceptional—especially the seafood! There was also a bakery with the crispiest bread and incredible sweets that I enjoyed every morning. The location is perfect; it’s just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to relax and unwind. The house is also very easy to find, so there’s no chance of getting lost. I’m grateful for the opportunity to stay here, and I will definitely return in the future!”
