The personnel assisted us with anything we required, and gave us great tips, greeting us every day with a sunny smile! The Service was amazing, very helpful and friendly. A free transfer was arranged to and from the port and the breakfast was brought to the room. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The entire hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Everyone was super child friendly. Free water was offered everyday and the location is amazing for getting to the beaches and the city. We would be happy to come back.
