Very easy to find and very friendly staff

Location with excellent view to the Kymi port close to the centre. Large bed, large bathroom, powerful fridge, balcony with nice view. The food in the restaurant below is delicious.

Our wonderful stay in Evia, more precisely at Villa SERENETY in Kimi, began at the end of June, we arrived at this place as if taken from a story at a rather late hour, at the location we were greeted by the two hosts Maria and Michael, two special people who made us feel at home. They presented the villa to us at length, they gave us all the information with the kindness of a parent who is patient and answers every question of their child. From the first moment they made a very good impression on us, in addition they also awaited us with delicious culinary preparations, ice cream and a delicious cake made by Mrs. Maria, a perfect master chef. The next day we truly discovered this beautiful villa as if it had been designed by a great architect, everything is tastefully decorated, very nicely furnished, with a noble but at the same time lively, warm and welcoming air, you can feel the imprint left by these special hosts. Nothing is accidental, everything is beautifully interpreted in the smallest detail. Wonderful, comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning in every room, exemplary cleanliness, a spacious, bright, welcoming, special living room. Large terraces where you can feel every morning like at a palace. A breathtaking view with a garden where palm trees each have their own story, the oleander flowers are of such beauty and have a fragrance that invites you to a walk in the evening, the pool is very beautiful, the children splashed around with love and joy. The sea is also close, you feel its presence from every corner of the terrace, in the evening or in the middle of the morning. Every morning at Vila SERENETY has a sweet or salty surprise made by the skillful hands of Mrs. Maria. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful moments spent in this dream place, you are special, kind, warm and welcoming. If you want an unforgettable vacation, it is the best choice. With love, we will come back.

We had the most wonderful time at Irini Luxury Apartment. The entire place is brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean. The beach is just a few steps away—literally!—and the view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the sea and enjoying coffee with that view was pure magic. What truly made this stay exceptional was Irini, the hostess. She is warm, kind, and deeply generous. She treated us like family—cooked amazing homemade meals for us, helped with anything we needed, even drove us to a local taverna! She was always available, supportive, and even sweet with our dog, who was welcomed with love. This is not just a stay—it’s an experience of heartfelt Greek hospitality in a stunning location. We can’t wait to come back soon!

The property is located in a new building, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotlessly clean, which really impressed us. Breakfasts were delicious, we left full and happy every morning. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to recommend interesting places we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Thanks to them, we got to see some local gems and visit amazing restaurants that made our trip even more special. This place truly has heart and soul. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
