The rooms are simple, in traditional Greek style. The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

Beautiful villa with plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. The garden and pool area were absolutely stunning and the furniture felt very luxurious. The host was an absolute delight. Lovely location as it was nice and quiet but still very close to wall to the beach or walk through the olive trees to get to the turtle island and boats

We had an amazing stay at Pretty Spiti with our almost 3 year old. The property is lovely and really well looked after. Location is perfect, a very short stroll to the beach and restaurants yet really quiet and peaceful. There’s everything you need inside and out and the outdoor space in particular is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Niki was a fantastic host, she is warm and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and some lovely extra touches that were so thoughtful. This is the second time I stayed at Mandala and this hotel deserves all the praise it gets! I absolutely love its location - right on the seafront, with amazing panoramic views of the sea and the sound of waves crashing against the shore to boot.
