Rooms spacious and clean. The view from the suites was amazing, especially at sunset. Stella was happy to welcome us a bit before the normal check-in times, provided us with an upgraded room and helped in sharing all the necessary information before arrival too. All the details were looked after to make you feel home! From the accommodation is possible to walk also to Mikri Vigla beach, just along the shore; there the wind is weaker and the water also pristine so even in a particularly windier day it is possible to enjoy the day. If you are a wind/kite surfer then it is the perfect place for you since you can just run out of your door and be ready for the action. Nearby you have access to a good restaurant and mini market, the bus stop is close too.

We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa Naxos. The location is designed with great taste and attention to detail. You can enjoy both breakfast and dinner here, and the food is truly delicious, made with local ingredients and creative combinations. We had dinner at the property every evening, and it was simply perfect. The place is tucked away from the island’s hustle and bustle, yet everything you need is close by: the beautiful Kastraki beach with soft sand and clear blue water, two restaurants within walking distance, and a small minimarket that, although tiny, has everything you might need. There’s also a beach bar nearby with drinks, food, and sunbeds. They were also very helpful in arranging our car rental. A special thank you to Pavlos and Fotis for making our 5-day stay absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, we would love to come back!

Everything was amazing. The hosts were very nice and friendly. They brought us breakfast in baskets every morning, which felt awesome. The apartment was beautiful, much better looking in reality than on the photos, which is funny haha. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would come back any minute. The beach was just around the corner. Surroundings were calm and quiet. Really recommend the stay :)

Beautiful host, so kind leaving us a welcome pack on arrival including wine! 🥰 Location is 5mins from a beautiful sandy beach and 10 mins from a market, beautiful beach side restaurant, bakery and 25mins to Chora(Naxos port). This is a remarkable property: lots of space; fully equipped kitchen (well, it had all that we needed); large kitchen/dining table; large west facing balcony with a big table, chairs, recliner chairs and a hammock, and a view of the sea towards Paros (there are a couple of properties between it and the sea); small front courtyard with a handful of pretty plants. Bathrooms spacious and immaculately clean: looking at the photos we had wondered about the strange (for us) design of the showers -- but they work really well. Comfortable beds. Lots of storage space. Above all it is quiet and peaceful. Windows and doors have mosquito/fly screens -- we weren't particularly plagued but there were a few beasties. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in her property. She kindly provides a basket of essentials on arrival, enough for a breakfast or two. Little extra things: two beach umbrellas; bamboo house slippers. We stayed six days, and we had a cleaning service and change of towels half way through. There are a handful of very good restaurants nearby (one in walking distance), and a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes drive. We noted in other reviews concerns about building works. Kastraki is a resort of independent villas in development. There are a lot of unfinished properties in the area. One such is virtually next door to Villa Tranquillita, and its owner occasionally turned up to play with power tools. We got the impression that he has a day job, and in reality the disturbance was minimal. The owner is friendly and very helpful. She calmed our nerves brilliantly when we had an unscheduled, and then a (surprise) scheduled power cut.

Theoni Studios is located in one of the most beautiful and peaceful part of Naxos (Kastraki). Property owner, Antonia is an excellent person and very friendly and very helpful host. The room was large and impeccably clean and kitchenette was fully equipped with coffee machines and everything.
