The stay at Black Bay Caves Suites was absolutely perfect. If you want to stay in the most idyllic cave, this is it! During the day the bay is filled with boats, whilst the beach is pretty quiet and secluded. Sun from sunrise till sunset! The cave itself is very modern and equipped with everything you need. The apartment came with a big bottle of water, fruits, chocolate croissants and bottle of wine and for fresh meals the taverna next door has the most lovely staff and great food! The neighborhood is pretty rural, but there is pretty much to see if you are up for a short walk or run. The beautiful lighthouse is at 3k and the nearest town with stunning views and supermarket is at about 4k and makes for a great morning workout! Would definitely come back for a longer stay and would 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay in this hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of options, staff was helpful and friendly. We couldn't enjoy the pool as the water was still too cold for us but the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The location is really good, it's quiet and safe and the bus stop to Fira is right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing view, amazing staff (thank you, Kelly, for all your support) , the solutions provided were very good including the taxi at 4:45 am for going to the airport - and Kelly was right, 4:45 am is more then enough to get to the airport - the airport is small and the 6am flight is the 1st one so not so crowded. For visiting the island at the 1st moment we were thinking of having a bus, but it's a nightmare - avoid if you can. Soooo we followed Kelly's recommendations and asked her to rent a car - the car was there in the next morning without failing, and we had amazing trips visiting Santorini - to return it, we just managed with the rental company how to do it and left the keys on the reception on the previous night since we were leaving at 4:45 am. The breakfast is really nice - my recommendation is that you think what to have as a global breakfast. We understood incorrectly the list - was not for the possibilities of having as breakfast but for everything that will be coming to the table - so instead of asking for it with a X as us, just put a number of how many you want of each or will be coming just 1 for instance for expresso but we managed anyway to have a great breakfast everyday. Regarding the place, everything was managed very well and the cleaning team worked nicely.

Outstanding location, quality of design, furniture and finishing touches were incredible, Amazing customer service from the property Manager, Mara, breakfast was delicious and perfectly presented every day. Surprise gifts were left for us which were really nice. The cleaning lady who also made breakfast deserves a mention too, she was reallly lovely and highly professional. Mara was available and attentive to our needs at all times recommending restaurants and things for us to do. The property is straight across the road from a wonderful beach and surrounded by numerous great restaurants.

The most amazing stay we could ask for, every little detail was accounted for. The breakfast was 11/10, so much variety and no hotel is going to live up to the selection, taste and just overall experience. Location in Kamari was superb and close to everything, we had the most amazing time and we couldn't speak highly enough of it. The staff were so welcoming and warm to us throughout the stay, constantly going above and beyond for us. My only negative is the pillows were a little too soft which sums up our whole trip if thats the only thing I can find wrong.

All the staff knew when we were arriving, and knew us by name the following day! Everyone was incredibly friendly, even their resident cat called Zeus! They were able to arrange airport / port transfers easily and made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, and location was perfect for wandering around Kamari. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach front hotel.

The stay at Black Bay Caves Suites was absolutely perfect. If you want to stay in the most idyllic cave, this is it! During the day the bay is filled with boats, whilst the beach is pretty quiet and secluded. Sun from sunrise till sunset! The cave itself is very modern and equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is pretty rural, but there is pretty much to see if you are up for a short walk or run. The beautiful lighthouse is at 3k and the nearest town with stunning views and supermarket is at about 4k and makes for a great morning workout! Would definitely come back for a longer stay and would 10/10 recommend!

We enjoyed being right on the beach, public traffic access and good restaurants around the corner right on the beach. Very kind and helpful people running the place. Loved the fresh made breakfast. The rooms are not big, but you nice outside space. Bathroom with shower is perfect.

The location was beautiful as it was right on the beach, most of the staff were amazing, breakfast was lovely outside on the balcony every morning and the room was good size with beautiful views of the Aegean sea! Hotel guests can use the sunbeds and umbrella on the beach for free. Pre-historic town site is less than a 5min walk!

I loved how quiet and relaxing the property was in comparison to the hustle and bustle of the other towns. Beautiful views from the room and right on the beach made the whole stay memorable.
