This accommodation was really a surprise on our trip, we really did not expect such a level of service. The accommodation is cleaned daily, and we received clean dishes daily. It is equipped with everything you need, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, wine glasses, hair dryer... Communication with the owner was excellent. We were looking for an anti-mosquito device (when you travel lightly you can't take everything with you) and the owner personally provided it for us within 20 minutes. The location is excellent, you have from 10 seconds to 3 minutes to the beach, depending on where you want to go. Restaurants are all around you, including one within the building. If we will be coming to Ag. Triada again we will take this accommodation, I definitely recommend it.

It was everything we asked for! A lovely, modern house, perfect yard with shower, very nice set of garden furniture, two beautiful mulberry trees, small laundry shed, cats, warm neighbours, crickets in a nearby forest. The beach is so close you don't need to take anything with you, like us- we preferred to spend an hour in the sea, then go to our yard to enjoy the day. It was a perfect summer holiday in an authentic, small Greek town.

Amazing place, on the roof of a wonderful villa. The roof apartment is surrounded by trees and it gives you such a sense of peace as you ve never felt before. Also ot provides seclusion. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen has everything. The big TV and the fast Internet are a major plus. But the most amazing thing is the shower cabin which is right on the back of the apartment. You can shower and watch the stars!! It's beautiful! Mrs Anni is an excellent host! Also the beach is just 50m away from the property. I recommend this apartment to everyone who want to feel at home while away from home.

It's very spacious, clean. Apartment is larger an more beautiful than in the photos. Parking space is in the yard. There are two spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with dining space. You have WiFi included, in the kitchen there is a stove, washing machine, big fridge with a freezer. There were towels, even detergent for washing machine. There is a very good AC that chills the space very quickly. Iron, hair fan. I'm probably missing a bunch of things, there was everything. We were there for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). It was our pitstop on the way home from Thassos. On Thasos we were staying in a 4 star hotel, but entering this apartment with the space and comfort it provides makes me reconsider staying in Greek hotels anymore, maybe apartments are better solution fror Greece.

Location is perfect for families with kids, quiet, across the best part of the whole beach. We stayed in July and beach was not crowded at all, which is great for kids. Apartment has everything you need and more, lots of space too. Melina was a great host, we will definitely come back. Highest recommendation.

The room was comfortable, well equipped, with a generous balcony, air conditioning and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and we dined in on our arrival - a good variety of choice and all well cooked. All the staff were welcoming and responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose. The location was ideal: close to the beach and a short walk from the village and local tavernas. We stayed here to be close to the airport for our return - it was a quiet location & no disturbance from the airport at all. The swimming pool and surrounds were a good place to relax and the enclosed areas offered great shade for those with sensitive skin and needing a cooler place to relax. The pool bar offered a good range of snacks. Some have mentioned the old fashioned ‘feel’ of the decor - for us it was perfectly pleasant and very good value for money.

Location: The studio is situated right on the beach, which was incredibly convenient. Proximity to Amenities: There is a store directly across from the apartment entrance, making it easy to grab any necessities. Kitchen: The kitchen is quite spacious considering the size of the studio. It is very functional and well-equipped. Service: Haris, the contact person, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was always approachable and kind, and he replaced our towels promptly when we requested it.

Excellent, well equipped and clean rooms, some of them with an excellent view. Location is perfect, right on the beach and near everything (restaurants/shops). Great value for money.

This was probably the most amazing accommodation I have ever visited. An oasis of peace with a private beach, a great pool and breathtaking sunsets.

Nice, clean rooms right on the beach. There was a fridge, microwave, dishes and a few pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the view of the sea was beautiful.

The manager Kyria Maria was excellent and professional. The location of the hotel is right on the beach which is quiet and lovely. The price for the stay was truly outstanding and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place outside of Thessaloniki, but near enough to get into the city. The rooms were modern and clean as wll.

The view is very nice, you can hear the sea from the bed. The owner is friendly and managed to meet customers' needs right away. Overall, the view, the openess of the owner, the location right on the beach managed to minimise everything else that could've been less comfortable. Definitely recommend the studios!

Clean, modern, they changed towels after 2 night of our stay. We had a studio, seafront with balcony, it was clean and spacious. Very pleasant staff, all of them helpful and nice. Right on the beachfront, but away from the loud noise.
