We had the most fantastic time. The owners and all the poeple working at the Ulrika hotel were super friendly and welcomed us very warmly. What ever we needed, they could help. The hotel is very central and clean. The rooms simple and comfortable. We had a room with a nice view on the sea and could enjoy from there the beautiful sunsets. Our sons had a room on the garden side and enjoid the view on a beautiful tree. We strongly recommend this fantastic location. Dear Kalamakis family, thank you for everything!

Perfect location in a very quiet and secluded spot. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax at, with not much other buzz around you, this is the place for you. The loveliest and friendliest staff makes sure that you always feel taken care of and like at home. Comfortable accommodation, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, wonderful beach towels, beach loungers free of charge, well functioning AC and WiFi and a little cafe where you can buy the best coffee and salad with humus (among other things). Super fair prices in overall, but a special thank you for not over pricing the water. It is so lovely of you to charge a decent price for that. In terms of the beach, I was completely in love with the sea. Perfect for snorkeling, exploring the rock formations in the water, extremely safe for swimming and with the clearest and cleanest water. The kids seem to love it as well. I especially enjoyed the quiet mornings with almost no people at the entire beach until 10–11 and the late evenings after 18, when the locals gather at the beach to enjoy the sunset swim. The beach becomes alive and buzzing until late. So wonderful! It is also very easy to get to the beach house by taxi from Agia Marina for 20€ If you need to wash your clothes, you can use the price washing machine of the house.

I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU WHAT A WONERFIUL STAY I(o extended it it for 3 days! ) HAD! THE VIEW IS AMAZINF, THE POOL IS FANTSTIC BUT THE BEST BY FAR WERE THE STAFF! Mrs.AGGELLIKI AND HER HUSBAND OWN THE PLACE WHO ARE JUST THE KINDEST NICEST MOST ACCOMMODATING PEOPLE EVER (and believe ive trravelled throughout the world) They have hearrty brealfast and in my xase because i afyrr a back probem they rruly helped navigate the stairs (no theres not a lot of of them bit with back preoblems it feells like 10 steeps is climing a mountain) there are no words to say an amazing experienxe i ahad! HIGHTLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT

A wonderful stay in an amazing apartment with views from all parts of the house!! Spotless bed linens that smelled of musk. We arrived late at the house, we found the key very easily and a wonderful welcome. The hostess responded immediately and helped us with everything we asked for. The comfortable parking served us incredibly well. We enjoyed the peace and the comfortable apartment. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Comfortable , well equipped apartment, extremely helpful and responsive hosts, direct access to the sea, excellent quiet location close to shops and the delightful tavernas of Perdika. I would come back just for the view from the huge terrace! I would also recommend hiring an E-bike from the local hire shop.

The location of the property is perfect, right on the water - it feels like you have your own exclusive beach. The property itself is close to brand new and has everything you could need (and is spotlessly clean). And Danae the host is great and helped us out a lot when our car broke down!

Apart from the property, which is heaven on Earth, it is a minut away from the sandy beach with lots of restaurants and beach bars. The host, David, is very friendly and helpful and he was super kind to offer us everything you could possibly need or want, from snorkeling equipment and umbrella for the beach, to transport to the port in his car, as well as suggestions for the places to visit and things to do on the island. He provided us with a very meticulously written printed guide with all the information a tourist might need- I would recommend this property to everyone, it was truly a great experience, 17/10 ❤️
