Very friendly host! Every detail is thought - on the arrival we had bottle of water, some food to eat for breakfast; beach towels provided. Very clean both the room and the outside. Very pleasant to have your own private terrace. Amazing facilities, you have everything you need! Very clean and cozy pool and relaxing zone. Nice location, just next to the beach. Recommend 100%

We arrived from Europe. We were surprised by the excellent cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The rooms shown in the photos correspond to reality, even exceeded our expectations. It is nice that there is a washing machine and a coffee machine in the room. Wifi works great, there is air conditioning, which is especially necessary in such hot weather in Guadeloupe. The owner of the room is very kind, responsible and explained everything perfectly. Ten points!

I absolutely loved the place. It is a fully equipped home away from home. It has a nice terras deck in the front and lovely garden in the back with deckchairs and a jacuzzi. Best are the hosts though. Fatima and Hervé awaited me and during my stay Hervé would app me tips about the area for food, events and sights. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Studio Le Soleil des Tropiques. The location is ideal—just steps away from the marina, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the island while enjoying the laid-back charm of Saint-François. The studio itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated, with tasteful decor and high-quality finishes. It came fully equipped with everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a well-stocked kitchenette, a modern bathroom, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. Lulu, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. Her personal touch made the stay feel even more special. Another bonus was the view over the marina—waking up to that every morning was a real treat.

We travelled from Deshaies area, where we are staying for the majority of our vacation. We decided to come to St-Francois area to visit friends for the day. So it was a perfect place for our one night stay. Arnaud was very helpful when we had a mini health problem. A knight in shining armour! We had access to the private beach and restaurant.
