Very convenient location. Great breakfasts. The room is clean and very cozy. And the staff is incredible, the administrator helped us during a real mess when we left our camera on the train when we arrived in the city, thanks to him we got the lost thing back.

We stayed here recently and loved it! The room was super clean and modern – you can tell the hotel is still quite new. Plenty of space, a nice balcony, lots of storage, plus water, wine and fresh towels were ready for us. Breakfast was great – loads of options and a beautiful terrace to enjoy it on. *Just a little tip for the (otherwise amazing!) staff: some lactose-free or plant-based milk would be the cherry on top! Everyone working there was super friendly, always helpful, and had a smile on their face.We’d totally stay here again and can recommend it without hesitation! The location was perfect for us – there’s a great restaurant right next door (Tiflis), a supermarket just around the corner, and a cute little café nearby. Super convenient!

I had 3 rooms at the hotel and everything was perfect for all of us. Rooms were very very clean and hot. Bathroom was also very well. Hot water was very good and quick. Location of the hotel was perfect.

Good quality stay, comfortable room and bed, every room has a balcony with a view. There is a cafe and bar on site with good prices for dinners. Breakfast is good, recommended. The place itself is nice and stuff is very nice and helpful. The beach is very close.
