Sure I’m leaving review here! I like this hotel. So kind staff at reception. Helpful for everything. My room was big and so comfortable. New room, full facilities, big balcony. Restaurant on the same floor. In future for sure I will return back for more time.

It is the most beautiful apartment I have lived in. I rented the family room and 2 studios. It is wonderful in every sense of the word. clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. They have a restaurant on the same floor only for guests on the 40th floor. The owner is wonderful with his very high-end dealings. The location is excellent, directly on urbi Street near sea , restaurants and shops. I would like to point out that you will find many apartments with the same design in booking, because the building is a hotel and apartments for different owners. They are 3 similar buildings A B and C, and I highly recommend these apartments(( Batumi high view))because the owner is very keen on the comfort of the guests and cleanliness, and he is very cheerful and excellent treatment. It's a family business and the owner's name is Mahmoud and he and his whole family are wonderful.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

Obviously, the view is stunning :) In fact, it turned out to be even better that I'd expected. But on top of that, the communication with the host was great, the check-in/out process went smoothly, the bed and the bathroom were really comfortable... I don't like the New Boulevard district that much but if you want to see the better part of Batumi every day from an incredible angle, that definitely is the spot!

We had a suite with an amazing lake view and an executive room with a fab sea view The property was right on the beach it was amazing to walk around the neighbourhood, the dolphinarium was right across, lots of eateries and parks near by,

Amazing new hostel with great interior and clean rooms. Great location, 10 min from beach and really nice people staff. Close to the seaside, park and historical heart of the city. A lot of restaurants, bars and groceries are just around the corner.

Great location, right on the beach. The spa is great with a sauna and steam room and a heated indoor pool in the winter. The breakfast and dining options are very good.
