Great location with stunning views across to the harbour. Huge room. Great night's sleep in the lovely comfortable bed. Private bathroom was great and the shower excellent. When we come back to St. Ives, we'll definitely stay longer. Debbie kept in touch with us before our stay and we could check in earlier and drop our bags off, which was a bonus

We were made to feel most welcome right from the start when our host spotted us looking for their sign and proceeded to tell us that we were indeed at the right place. He opened the door, helped me with my bag and promptly checked us in with a friendly explanation of the amenities and what to expect the next morning for breakfast. Then he escorted us to our room and made sure that we were happy with the accommodations before resuming his duties downstairs. Our bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. All of our interactions with our hosts were warm and helpful. Lastly, we were very pleased with the proximity of the property to the local train. It was just the right distance away, but a short enough walk with our bags so as to make it easy to get to and depart from the property when we had to catch an early train on our day of departure.

Absolutely loved the property a beautiful courtyard and the apartment was immaculate throughout. The host had left fresh milk in the fridge with a lovely cream tea which was delicious. The furnishings and appliances were to a very high standard. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Faultless.

The view from the room as well as the restaurant is amazing! I could look at it all day. The room was clean and the decor looked new, a comfortable bed—a very nice bathroom and shower. Great facilities, more than the basic. A delicious breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a beautiful location right on the beach. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! It’s right on the beach, perfect location, so homely and beautiful decor. The staff were so attentive & they couldn’t do enough for you. They gave us some brilliant recommendations for whilst we were there. Also breakfast is included which was absolutely delicious, loads of choice off the menu & freshly baked croissants every morning. It was that lovely I’ve booked for next year before we even left.

Such a warm friendly helpful welcome, beautifully presented hotel, great breakfast, perfect central location, right on the beach and 5 minute stroll into centre. ( Parking an added bonus)

Great staff and brekkies. Best flat white coffee had so far in the UK! Right on the beach and easy walk into St Ives. Parking on-site a bonus too.
