We came across The Morecambe Hotel by chance. And it is wonderful. At first glance, it is a simple building, but inside it is so cozy, harmonious and beautiful - both the restaurant and the rooms. This place definitely had an incredibly talented Designer who felt colors and textures at the highest level. Textiles, wood, furniture, expensive high-quality plumbing... Perfect, harmonious, everything in moderation. Selected paintings and ornaments. You won't feel this in words until you try it yourself. Very clean all, restaurant and room. Comfortable beds with high-quality natural textiles, a calm, quiet street, I finally really got a good night's sleep. An open courtyard with access only from the restaurant with tables and a playground is just a luxury, and parents can relax and children have a place to have fun. The Chef. Really delicious dishes and very refined presentation. The breakfast, of course, simply won us over, it was a surprise for us. Breakfast is included in the room rate and each dish is prepared by the chef to the choice of each guest, this is in addition to the buffet style. And of course, this place is made by hardworking people - honestly, I have never met so much care, kindness, peace, openness and simple humanity as here. This place deserves to be marked with all the awards many, many more times. Prosperity to you all and your guests! Thank you all very much for made my break amazing and come back me to life! Thank you all in this charming hotel.

Couldn't have asked for a more welcoming host. He took time out to help us get parked up, even offering to move his own car to allow us to park closer in the awful weather. He give us recommendations for local places to eat etc. Room was lovely, quiet and clean. Good location.

The beach and promenade are just a short walk away from the front door—close enough to hear the distant whisper of waves if you listened hard enough, perfect for morning strolls or evening daydreams. And if you ever felt like trading the sea breeze for mountain air, the Lake District is just a short drive away—close enough for spontaneous road trips, but far enough that you’d return to the stillness of Morecambe with a newfound appreciation for its quiet charm. A rare blend of coastal calm and countryside escape. The cottage has everything a self-catering traveller could wish for—thoughtfully equipped, effortlessly comfortable. With major shops just around the corner, daily life flows with ease, letting you slip into the rhythm of the town like you belong there. It’s the kind of place that lets you go beyond sightseeing—where, for a short while, you stop being a visitor and start being a local. And really, there’s no better way to understand a place than to live as one of its own. To top it all off, there’s your own private parking bay—no circling the block, no stress—and the WiFi is fast and reliable, for those moments when you need to reconnect with the outside world. The hosts were superb: warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. When I accidentally broke an ornamental bowl, they wouldn’t even hear of me paying for it—a small gesture that spoke volumes about their generosity of spirit.

The most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept in. It was gigantic. Shower super clean. Amazing service. Very quiet environment. If you have a car is close at hand to everywhere. You can walk to the pub, one minute and in four minutes walking you are at the half moon bar. Breakfast on the seaside. For the same price you won't find anything. For higher price I am not sure you can find a better staying. Top top top.
