We were very impressed by this accommodation. Easy entrance by Key safe. It was welcoming, warm, comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped even had an air fryer (nice touch Lin). Comfortable beds nice bed linen and 2 bathrooms (always welcome). Decor and furnishings were exceptional and the sea views were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying at Lins place. You won’t be disappointed. Amazing accommodation. Lin was a good host to converse with. Very helpful.

Breakfast was amazing. Loved fresh juices, fruit and overall variety. Avocado toast was yummy…one wee recommendation is to add some salt, sesame seeds etc to flavor it up a bit. The atrium sunroom was spectacular.

Comfortable and cosy. Very close to the beach, the Main Street, the supermarket and the ferry terminal. Had all we needed for a short stay. Great that we could have our dogs with us. Yvonne was quick to respond to texts. Parking on the street was close by for free. I’d highly recommend. Great value for money. Was a bit worried about external stairs as per other reviews but they were absolutely fine for us.

Such a beautiful place to arrive to - gorgeous house set in a stunning crescent of other beautiful houses which is close to the town centre. The house is very close to town and the beach and we parked out front and walked everywhere. The rooms are well appointed, very comfy and super quiet. The little touches are everything - nice wee tea tray with some Scottish treats and lamps with USB ports. The shared area is just beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is equipped and we found the wee.patio a nice place for a cuppa. The message you receive before arrival makes self.check in very easy and they also provide a parking permit - thankfully as one is needed for the whole crescent. We also found the location very easy for getting to Dunure, Burns Museum, and, Culzean. A really wonderful three night stay - thank you!

The breakfast was fine. The room was fantastic but most significant the staff were so welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard.
