The place was lovely, the host even more so. The house is kept wonderfully well. It offers all the luxuries one can hope for from a lovely aunt's house where you go for the holidays and get spoiled and cared for over and over again. Helen, the host, was super nice: available practically 24/7, ready to help you in any way she thinks of and great with tips on where to go and where to eat. We will definitely go back and we have already started telling friends and sharing fotos!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Such a sweet location next to the water and close to attractions/Inverness but quiet and not crowded. The rooms were comfortable and clean and every staff member we encountered was kind and friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant the night before which was excellent and breakfast included was delicious. Only 5 minutes from Inverness airport and you can walk to Fort George. Wish we planned to stay in the area longer. Highly recommend this place!

The Anderson Hotel is one of a kind in the best way! The old historic building is filled with all sorts of curiosities and with lots of love. The decor of the rooms is in a fitting vintage style, but everything is very neat and tidy! The food is awesome, they have also a lots of crafty beer on tap and 250 whiskys to choose from. Jim and his crew are the good heart&soul of this location and make your stay worth while.

When you find a home baked bread upon arrival, and a fridge filled with breakfast amenities, you know you ended up in a very good place. Mano’s friendliness and hospitality is top notch. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, and cuddled in the sofa. Beds are excellent, and the neighbourhood is quiet. Even the dog felt immediately at home. Thank you, Mano, for taking such good care for us.

Very traditional small B&B. Excellent location, within minutes at a bench to overlook the sea, 30min walk into town where we visited the local pub. Hosts very friendly, we also enjoyed an afternoon tea (prebook) and games in the lounge. Good breakfast. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a quieter location near Inverness
