The big window was really fantastic !!!!! And the view outside is also very beautiful. The room is very big and well warmed.

Nicely built in a former community health center. All self-service and convenient, good facilities and the room had a proper fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker - coffee and teabags also included. A supermarket was just a couple of minutes away. A good laundry room and even a gym were also available. A perfect stay on our road trip from southern Finland up to Norway and back.

I got an upgrade at no additional cost (from a hostel room without private bathroom to a standard single occupancy room) which was a pleasant surprise as I turned out to be worn out when I reached the destination. The breakfast was good and absolutely worth the money. The location of the rooms on the basement level was not a problem in my opinion. The single room had a tea kettle, small fridge and everything needed. There are also separate kitchen facilities and a nice coffee machine in the lobby. Bed linen, towels and bathroom were neat and tidy, no complaints! I will save this place for future trips.

Very good housing conditions, houses by the sea, peace and quiet. The owner is wonderful, he brought us breakfast every day, always talked with a smile - it's worth coming back for such people. In addition - we were with children during St. Nicholas Day, the owner came with gifts for our children! Amazing. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect size and very clean. Location is great right next to the river. Nearest town for shopping is Kemi with 15 mins drive. Rovaniemi is about 1.5 hrs. The location is dark enough to see the Aurora if you are lucky like us. Definitely recommend.

Overlooking the Kemijoki River, Hotel Pohjanranta is 20 minutes’ drive from Kemi. Guests have free spa and pool access and free in-room WiFi.

The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. In the room there is everything you can think about during the stay : hair dryer, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee and sweets. Breakfast had various kinds of foods, it was delicious. Location is easy to find, not so far from Sweden-Finland border.
