The situation is perfect - 15m from the beach. Room was very clean, with everything one could need. comfortable bed, good lighting, fridge which really was cold! Parking was very convenient - made the stay very easy. Staff were very friendly, helpful and the woman on the reception when I arrived couldn't have been more helpful - sorting storage for bike and parking for car etc. Restaurant staff were also very friendly.

A very clean hotel with stunning views of the bay. The location was perfect…..over looking the bay, taxi - stand at the front door, plenty of shopping in cute little boutiques, 2 small supermarkets which were easy to find, day boat cruises just opposite the hotel & friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we have ever seen, absolutely delicious! We also visited the La Ciutadella, ancient ruins which have been restored. The tourist train is also worth travelling on, it went to up into the mountains surrounding Roses. This was a highlight of our trip. Loved our stay here & can definitely recommend it.

The location is perfect, right on the beach front with the Citadel on the other side - the views are stunning! Then the staff - every one is always friendly, helpful and polite and have a good sense of humour, which is one of the things that makes a stay here memorable. The food is also fabulous, not only the breakfast but both the restaurants are great. This was our second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back.

The location is just perfect right in the edge of the main street. It is very close to the nicest beach. The owner is very helpful and pleasant he couldn't do enough to make the stay pleasant.

In the Santa Margarida district of Roses, close to Playa Rastell, Residencia Platja de Roses has a garden and a washing machine.

Location was perfect. Apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Instructions for entering the apartment were clear and also for leaving. Very prompt response when contacting the very obliging owner. Highly recommended.

Everything. This is the third year in a row that we return to this place with our children and we love it. The staff are super kind, the breakfast is amazing. The location couldn’t be better. Great place to be.
