Loved the hotel, very nice and helpful staff, the facilities are great, amazing breakfast with a wide variety of choises, loved the pool and the quiet and private beach.

it was a modest hotel, but with all everyday basics. The room was clean when I checked in, I didn’t ask for cleaning, because I was staying only for three days. I had enough clean towels and soap for these days. The location was really good, you can find three fascinating beaches nearby, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

It’s THE best property location, building , greenery, view , cleanliness, style and smell. I’m sorry to elaborate further but the hotel smells so nice from the entrance through to the elevator and the corridors. I had a sea view room and I don’t think there’s better hotel positioned in the entire cost like Zel Mallorca hotel. This is because it’s only 4 floors, so you are in the zone , to the point that’s hard to leave the balcony unless you really have to 😊. When it comes to staff and services , they are second to none, trust me, you will be amazed. Last but not least , the hotel has a classy looking vibe that make people turn and stop to look at it while strolling along the beach”wishing they have booked their stay in it ”, which gives you that feeling of satisfaction , I’m the lucky one 😄. Ooo, I’m not done yet.The sleeping part is the core thing that makes a holiday a good one. So basically the entire Palmanova beach shops and few bars shut by midnight. Then nightlife kicks in 15min walk away at Magaluf beach. This means you only hear the Mediterranean waves when you go to bed. Sorry but I almost forgot about their perfect breakfast available from (8-11am). So once you have their generous and full of variety breakfast in their exquisite dining area looking at the beach, you will basically be good until you are ready for early dinner at 4-5pm somewhere in the back street ( hotel entrance side) where you have the best Indian restaurant that equals to top Indian restaurants in the UK when it comes to food quality and fresh ingredients. You will have it all in one if you stay in this hotel I think.

I spent one week holiday with my 20 year old daughter. It was one of the best hotels we have ever been. Both of us had our birthday during our stay at this hotel. We received on the house a small cake and a bottle of Prosecco. This surprise was the highlight of our holiday. The hotel is perfectly located across the road of a nice sandy beach with crystal clear and shallow seawater. There are plenty of restaurants, terraces and supermarkets nearby. The room is very well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The glass walls of the shower and toilet rooms have been protected with an opaque foil for privacy. This is an improvement versus the pictures I’ve seen when I booked the hotel. The breakfast is amazing, all fresh products and huge diversity. The stuff is very polite, smiling and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is fine. Location wonderful. Beach near by, clean sand, no rocks or stones. Dorados arround :)
