Andrea messaged a couple of days in advance to arrange meeting when we arrived in Luarca. When we arrived she was available soon to meet me and hand over the keys. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean and well appointed, I would happily have stayed here for a while. We were travelling by bicycle and could store our bikes indoors. Luarca is a lovely town with nice restaurants and cafes, and all is easily accessible from the apartment location.

Immaculately clean, bright and spacious. Great communication with host for key collection and also bag transfer (we were doing Camino). The location is absolutely perfect, right in heart of town and minutes from all restaurants and marina. Be excellent place to spend two nights for a recovery day, and we regret not doing this. The best place we have stayed on Camino so far, by some distance.

Walking the Camino, great location. Great beds. Washing machine was efficient. Close to bar and harbour. Spiral staircase maybe difficult for some people. Great shower.

We loved this beautiful place.We had the terrace room.Good linnen and bed.The house is in excellent condition.Breakfast was great, served by a very helpful and friendly lady. A private beach Just 200 meters down the road. It was a bit tricky to find this place the first day as my google maps/mobile network was slow at crucial points but we managed and by the second day it was so easy to visit the town and surroundings.

Everything very clean, modern room and bathroom. The room skylight made the room nice and bright, and when the skylight shade was closed the room was nice and dark. Room had a mini fridge (with a small bottle of water) in the wardrobe. Spare blanket, jug, herbal teas provided. Towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo provided. I used the correos luggage transfer service which went well. Great location on the Camino del norte (about 3 blocks from tourist info centre and only a few hundred metres to rejoin the camino trail). Wifi and TV worked well. Hot shower with great water pressure. Room had a little desk and chair.
