Very comfortable bungalow with plenty of space — our family stayed here with total comfort and ease. Perfect location right by the beach, with a swimming pool on site. The area is quiet and peaceful, and in October the weather was warm and pleasant. There are many nearby restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local food. Good location with a supermarket and cafe just across the road. Also around a 10 minute walk down to Muchavista beach and it was never crowded. Tram station at beach also and can go to Alicante or Benidorm on it. Margarita the host was help-full and in contact with WhatsApp all the time with any questions.

The location was excellent – it took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with a 2.5-year-old toddler, which would be around 5 minutes for an adult. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a lovely view and a great position; it's in the shade for most of the day, with morning sun. The garage was a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about parking. The apartment is on the ground floor, while the pool is one level below. Despite that, it wasn’t noisy at all. Lola, the host, was very kind. Her English is basic but sufficient for communication. We mostly communicated via messages, and the key collection was simple, she waited for us at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes and glasses. There’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine for laundry. The air conditioning worked very well, there's one unit in the living room and another in the bedroom, though they can’t be controlled separately.

The apartment was very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. All the kitchen utensils, towels and cleaning soaps were provided. We really felt like home there. I absolutely loved the decorations and the choice of colours. And the view is just breathtaking. The apartment is very quiet, and you can hear the sounds of waves from the sea, and a great bous - there were no mosquitos, so we could keep the windows open all the time (well, unless it rained).

José is a kind, generous and wonderful host. He made sure we know how everything works and we're familiar with the place before he left. The roof terrace was mindblowing, we loved it a lot.
