We were a group of four and stayed at Laguna Club for 10 days. On checkin we were upgraded to the pool view rooms. I have to admit the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had to go across the road to access the aqua park and the beach which is a 5 min walk. They do have a shuttle service as well. The staff at the Club are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. PS. I don’t normally mention names. But, it’s always good to appreciate exceptional service. Mr. Ahmed for taking the effort to ensure our stay was a pleasant experience. Mr. Mohamed Salman from the reception for take the time to check on us every opportunity he had. How can I forget Mr. Hassan Ebrahem (server/waiter) for ensuing we were served our drinks and any other requirements

our stay was more than perfect me and my friends didn't expect to meet such helpful stuff and very clean room and also the triple room was so wide I've been to many hotels around the world and I would rate this hotel is one of the best. the pool was so good also the cafe on the pool and special thanks for the stuff. all of them the receptionist and room service and all bar tinders. specially Ahmed khalaf was so helpful and gentleman.

Everything was great! It was one of the best hotels/resorts I ever stayed at. Amazing staff so friendly and helpful, the reception team was always caring of us and very helpful. the beach was clean and quiet, the water slides was a great experience for me.❤️❤️
